  Hey, I'm not great at explaining so I'm gonna link a couple resources that helped me out. First take a look through here: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_rwd_intro.asp. W3schools.com is one of my go to sources when I get stuck since it has an examples, and walk throughs. Plus the examples are editable so you can see how things work real time. The second is, look into trying responsive layout first and then building out. This is a new concept for me so youtube will be your best friend. Checking out other layout and seeing how others went about this challenge also helps since you can then apply what they do to projects you try in the future. I really hope this all helps, and feel free to check out my solution to this one.
