There's room to simplify Validation by putting common checks into renderDatePartInput component,
BUT : there's still a bug - the "whole date is valid by calendar" check is only running on date change, but it has to run on any field change.
On my 4th challenge, I'm attempting to include previous requirements for accessibility on the first submission.
