Design comparison
Solution retrospective
I recently completed an interactive rating feedback component using basic event listeners and DOM manipulation. Despite the simplicity of these techniques, I found the project to be a lot of fun and a great exercise in front-end design.
While working on the project, I encountered some difficulty in implementing a radial gradient background effect for the feedback container. I'm hoping to get some tips from the community on how to achieve this effect more effectively, as I'm not sure if the supplied image accurately reflects the desired result.
Overall, I found the project to be a helpful exercise in tackling front-end design one step at a time. I would appreciate feedback on specific aspects of the project, such as:
-
Were there any areas of the code that could be improved for efficiency or readability?
-
Are there any best practices for implementing interactive elements like this rating feedback component?
-
How can I improve the overall design and user experience of the component?
-
Do you have any suggestions for additional features that could be added to the component?
-
Are there any accessibility considerations that I should be aware of when implementing this component?
