URL shortner using vanilla CSS and JS

This is definitely an interesting challenge for me.

I found working with the API and adding new elements to the DOM dynamically particularly interesting😊.

I'm still curious though, how did you validate the URLs entered? What patterns did you check for? I'd like to hear your feedback.
