Solution retrospective

This is my first time using redux-toolkit and looking at redux in general. The way I implemented the selectors and dispatches for my FormInput and Input component do not look correct. Please could someone assist me in providing a cleaner approach? I want to use redux-toolkit to become familiar with it.
