Tip calculator app using reactjs and tailwind

Okay on this one, I must confess, I almost quit. I actually deleted the repo after batling bugs. However, I came back today with a clearer head, removed every function and rewired the logic from the start. All I can say is, I will keep using this approach of facing logic with a clear head.

I tried to stick to html semantic tags but I am very much welcome to constructive criticisms and recommendations that could make me a better problem solver.
