Tip calculator app || (HTML- CSS - React)

Hiya! This is my solution for the Tip calculator 💰

I went ahead and did this in React - I wanted to both practice some of the React I had learned in the past and knew I couldn't get it to work the way I wanted to with the update-y "behaviour" without it. So, with that, there is a few niggly issues:

• when updating/changing your bill amount after you've already input all your details, the tip per person doesn't change, I dont know why, yet, I am still looking into it, best I can see it seems to not actually update till a second render, which is weird.

• the calculator doesn't have the option of taking decimal numbers, yet.
