The hover effect is different for bill input and number of people input despite having the same class, and I don't know how to fix that. Otherwise, I believe I could have wrote CSS more efficiently.
Any feedbacks are appreciated!

- negative values are being calculated
- a heading for the site is not available. Assistive tech users wont know what the site is all about even though it is a calculator , such message has to be announced.
- the inputs (custom-tip and number of people) do not have labels.
