Time Tracking Dashboard using React, CSS Grid, Flexbox, Vite

1. I probably messed up the font-weight for the text. When I set font-weight in the css, it didn't look like it was changing the font-weight and I was stuck with thicker text. How would I fix this? and would this be a problem with my css or with my index.html import?
2. Any suggestions for organizing CSS files and styled-components?

Note: I know I didn't add the ellipsis in the cards but I didn't want to add what looks to be a clickable image to the webapp with no associated logic.
