TIC TAC TOE with CPU player

TIC TAC TOE project : You can play the game with another person or against the computer, the computer makes calculated moves most of the time, otherwise it would win everytime or tie and that would be boring for the player lol. This is the most interesting and challenging project I have done on here so far since I started learning Html CSS and JS 3 weeks ago ! I feel like I made a lot of progress and I am happy with it but I would like to make more so if you have any advice on how to improve my coding skills or on what to learn next I am a taker !
