To center your component does this:

body {
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
    display: flex;
    align-items: center;
    flex-direction: column;
    justify-content: center;
    min-height: 100vh;
}

Be careful with absolute positioning at higher resolutions, it ends up complicating a lot to make the responsiveness work properly, I'll make some changes for you to see a different result:

    max-width: 320px;
}
