Hey it appears that there is a problem with your GitHub repository since your GitHub pages hosting is unable to detect the website. I recommend rechecking to ensure that the repository visibility is set to public.
In terms of your accessibility issues
- <html> element must have a lang attribute. Simply specify the lang attribute within the tag with a language value.

Links need text since it is a clickable element

Document needs a main landmark is caused by the inability to find the main content of your document. Simply wrap all the elements between the body element within main tag
In terms of your validation issues, there is no need to specify the type attribute since it expects a stylesheet file to be linked
