I have designed this page using bootstrap even then I was having difficulty in handling column of rows like the right most column. Some one please suggest me better solution.

    It is a pretty good solution but you will find it much easier to do using grid in CSS Lookup on CSS Grid, and I don't mean the grid in Bootstrap. a grid is a CSS property helps in determining the layout of the webpage.
