    Hi

    The white circle animation is wrong because you have set left: 96.5% on the white circle. The circle is positioned correctly only when width of inner bar is 81%. The circle will be positioned outside the inner bar, when width is small.

    You can use right: 1px to position it correctly and then animation will work correctly.
