in regards to width/height, unless you get a file that tells you exact widths it is VERY hard to gauge what dimensions to put on components without constant resizing/refreshing and constant comparing.
I personally don't go for pixel perfect matches here but at work when given a file by a designer I have to match exact pixel dimensions - you can take my advice with a grain of salt, im not the be-all/end-all of developers 😅.
all that to say without a design/Figma file its hard to tell without looping back and forth between editor/browser (at least in my experience).
