Hey there! 👋 Here are some suggestions to help improve your code:
- To not only improve your HTML’s code but to identify the main content of you page, you will want to wrap your entire component inside the
main
element.
- Add a
border-radius
along with aoverflow: hidden
to the component’s container to better match the FEM design.
- The incorrect
font-family
is being used. You want to look at the “style-guide” to download the correct one.
- The images serve no other purpose than to be decorative; It adds no value. They need to have a blank
alt tag
and have anaria-hidden=“true”
to hides it from assistive technology.
- To get the image to look like the FEM example, you are going to want to use the
Mix-Blend-Mode
along with theMultiply
value and include aOpacity
with the value of 0.8.
Code:
img { opacity: 0.8; mix-blend-mode: multiply; }
- Implement a Mobile First approach 📱 > 🖥

To achieve this, you start building your website/content for smaller screen first and then adjust your content for larger screens.
