    When I visit the live site, the image displays properly unlike the auto-generated screenshot here. Does anybody know why and how to fix this?

    I was able to see the error by using a webkit browser instead of firefox. Ended up fixing it by switching from a colored div overlayed on an image element, to a single div with the image as its background and blending it into its own colored background.
