I still have issues with understanding how to set up my layouts , and not knowing a lot of css properties

You did a really good job bro! You can watch Traversy videos on CSS Flexbox and CSS Grid to get better understanding of CSS layouts

Nice job on this challenge, it looks great! And it's ok that it's ok that you are still learning how to set up layouts, and CSS properties. That's one of the great (and sometimes annoying) things about CSS there are soooo many different ways you can get things done.
It just takes time, and eventually you'll look at a project and already have a plan in your head of how you want the layout of the html to look, and what CSS properties would help accomplish what you would like to get done.
Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing your third project! :)

@12Kentos i really appreciate your kind words brother ,i had so much hard time working on this project and i almost was going to give up on it, but i kept looking for help from here and there until i finished it .. i was kinda disappointed with myself tbh

I get where you are coming from, it can be really discouraging when you are working on a project, and it feels like you aren't getting anywhere. I totally get that, but don't give up on it though! I had a really hard time on the second project I worked on, and had second thoughts about front end development, but since then I've grown to enjoy it. :)
I wouldn't be disappointed btw, you really did do a good job on this project.
