static-job-listings using json fetch

Well, I used JSON fetch to populate the screen and then JavaScript to filter the jobs because I still don't learn React or vue any library framework. Maybe there are still some bugs, but it works now. It's a good project to practice JavaScript. Welcome to anyone provide feedback. By the way, do you guys have any good ideas to improve the skill to name the variables and functions to self-comment and to minimum the commenting but guide the code reader understanding the code?
