Social proof section responsive stats, made with HTML and CSS, flexbox

Making this design was somewhat not difficult but I thought using CSS grid which was a little hassle to me so Instead I used simple method of flexbox and for desktop view, I adjusted some margin and padding. I will find it much helpful to know how we could have made this with grid and of course any suggestion to improve my coding in this is welcome.
