I was not able to figure out how to place the background properly.

I was not able to do the staircase effect properly with the purple boxes, the bottom part is all lined up, and the boxes shrink instead of moving down.

How can I do this staircase effect properly (for the ratings and purple boxes)?

    Hey, use background url() with position properties. Offsetting can be done differently, try to use transform : translateX or translateY😉
