Hey girl what's up!
Remove that fixed width fot these cards cuz it makes your design gets some overflow exactly under 360px, so make it a max-width instead.
But this way you will have your paragraph getting out of the card cuz also you gave a fixed height, what you can do here to get a fixed height without setting one for the card itself is just giving the paragraph a fixed height and that would be the maximum height that you want + any padding you want, and you can also for sure align the items using flex or anything else.
Keep it up this was a great design and you are getting better Iraqi girl!
