Social proof section (CSS Variables, BEM, Responsive)

Here is my solution to the Social proof section challenge. Any and all feedback is welcome, I do have the following questions if I may ask.

How is the responsiveness of my solution to the challenge?

Is the use of figure appropriate in the case of the user review section? If so how would it be properly implemented as I've not used it before.
