Solution retrospective
This is actually my first time building a website with a theme selector. At first, I was planning to use solely SCSS. While this solution works fine, doing so will double the CSS, so I guess sticking to CSS Custom Properties is more efficient. If you guys have any suggestion, please don't hesitate to comment.
