  it's already looking great with your customization . Here are some tips. When hovering over the links, it takes some time to get the border to round. Try to change the animation time. The social links text colors change only when we hover on the text, but we try to change them when we hover on the entire button.

  Thank you for the suggestion. I made delay on purpose .

  For the second part I can see how it might be confusing... So I will probably remove border effect all together.
