Single Price Grid

Hello, my name is Manendar Verma I attempted to do this project on frontend mentor, the difficulties I faced doing this were trying the two sides equal (Monthly Sub and Why Us) I still don't have them equal, the Monthly Sub is fixed in place and the Why Us is fluid not sure how I can fix this issue. I have tried googling but can't figure out what I need to add in my code to fix that issue. If anyone has any suggestions would be helpful. Also I am not sure how this looks on bigger screens than the screen I am working on I am on a 15 inch laptop. I do have figma files having troubles figuring that out also. I tried YT videos on Figma but can't seem to get it. Please don't be rude I am trying my best to figure this out.
