    Look at your challenge in a browser that is 1351px wide and then look at your layout in with the browser sized 1348px wide then ask yourself what width is your layout when the screen is 1351px wide and then where should your transition point be between the desktop and mobile layout and the answer to that question is about 660px wide browser
