Single Page Dev (SASS + JS)

Hello everyone,

This is my first solution of 2024 and the first one in a while. Overall, I am pleased with how it turned out. I had a bit of trouble with the javascript initially as I hadn't practiced in a long time. If you could provide me with tips on some best practices and how I can improve the code that would be appreciated.

Additionally, there are two things I did not complete. The hovering of the images and getting the links to disappear, I couldn't seem to get it work. I commented out some parts of my code to show what I was trying.

The second thing still with hovering was getting the colors of the icons to change on hover. If anyone could give me an hint as to go about these two items, it would be very much appreciated.
