I think I did well, however I hate my CSS structure. Also I had a problem with submit button, I had to set it on preventDefault to stop it from refreshing a site - so now this form doesn't work.

    Needs to switch to mobile view at a higher pixel count, right now the page distorts at some screen sizes.
