I built this dynamic form with React, Tailwind CSS, and the useForm hook along with @hookform/resolver. Using Tailwind's CSS variables for flexible styling, I ensured a visually appealing design. For solid input validation, I integrated the Valibot library. I'm curious about potential improvements or alternative approaches in terms of code structure, styling, or validation.
