SCSS and React Solution

Here's my React solution, it still got some bugs I'm working on. Like checking for negative numbers, and the custom tip % requires a decimal version of a percent.

I was really having trouble making an onClick handler function for my tip buttons, thus keeping me from turning my buttons to components ( because to my understanding I need a handler function to update the ( active tip ) state from a child component ).
