Solution retrospective
This is solution isn't complete, I used multiple media queries to make navlinks as end as possible. I faced issues with centering pseudo-elements, I used transform and width to adjust its position.

The main issue I see is in your mobile layout if the menu is opened then you make the browser desktop size the nav links go to their proper position but the big black mobile menu now empty stays open
