Rock Scissors Paper (w/ saving score)

Hey, I would be glad if I hear your comments.

As a bonus, I completed saving latest score to the local storage using encryption. For encription I have utilized string-crypto.

Note: I haven't tried the 5 items version.

• Typescript: Type safe version of Javascript.
