What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

I didn't find an easy way to make the highlight effect of the winner it took so much code but i belive there is a simpler way that i could learn so i didn't do the effect.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

I want help with responsive design, on phone the link bar is hiding part of the page so you need to scroll to see the rules button, i'ill appreciate the help on that.
