Results Summary Component

Hi guys. I tried to make it responsive and fulfill all requirements from the README. Also, I tried to use some structure in my sass and js files. I am definitely open to bits of advice. Probably I have too many errors. But from the repository, you can see that I gave my best. I tried to make it if there is a problem and it can't read data.json then show the summary component with hardcoded data which is hidden initially with util class u-hidden. If there are not problems then I read data.json and dynamically create components and styled them with sass. I tried also to make JS more modular. Thank you in advance.
