Rest Countries API with React and RTKQuery

Hello!

I decided to recomplete this project and add a little bit of extra features to it, as I thought it will go very well on my portfolio.

I used RTK Query (Redux Toolkit's built-in api fetching solution) to fetch the data, I know it is not needed for a small project, but I decided to use it so I learn a little bit about it, and it also helps to keep the code a little bit more organized.

It has a bug, when I'm on the country details page, and I refresh the page, Netlify throws an 404 error, like it does not recognize the URL or I don't know... It has something to do with react Router?
