Rest Countries API using Next.js

This is my solution to the Rest Countries API challenge.

It was my first time using Next.js, so I'd be happy to hear of any possible improvements that can be made in that area.

With accessibility being such a broad topic, I'm sure plenty more improvements can be made, so any tips regarding that are also welcome.

Feedback on other aspects, big or small, would obviously be very much appreciated as well.
