I have a question to ask you, why have you not given the same height to your all three cards?

• If you want to highlight your particular card when it is being hovered over then you should use the :hover selector and use scale property to differentiate your card among remaining two cards.
• Avoid unnecessary comments, until the code is difficult to read for others you think.

Well done congratulations. Just a few comments.

• You forgot to add the images to your page
• Your font styles doesn't match the ones in the design
• All three cards should have the same height
• Only the first and last card have a border radius
