Responsive social proof section using Flexbox + Grid + Media Queries

Hello!

Looking to improve my use of the correct HTML semantic elements. I would appreciate feedback on the semantics used in this project.

Other than that I struggled like I often do with the design for tablets. Added a new media query for this one and added some new grid design, however, I feel like there might be too much negative space. If you have any advice on how to think about the tablet design when it's not provided, please share. :)
