After a full review I have a few suggestions. First, whenever you upload to github, you should make sure that all the files are included. In this case, the image of the qr code is missing, as well as the stylesheet.
Also using <br> to provide spacing between sections is not good practice.
The next step is to learn to include the img and style it. Then how to center content in the middle of the page. This article can help
