Responsive designs almost gave me a hard time

However, while I was able to resolve and make this a bit more responsive, a few issues I currently face is:

  1. The circle that houses the overall score is not entirely responsive as in some screens, it is oval (no idea how to resolve that)

  2. I feel the code could be more refactored (will look into that)
