Responsive React Random Advice Generator

I did this a bit differently by having it start with clicking the button at the top to generate advice, then the button moves to the bottom and advice is generated. I can never get the design here to perfectly align with the solution I come up with (when you slide over the solution and the design above). The dice on mobile isn't perfectly aligned in the center of the circle, so I'll be editing that.
