Guys I used position fixed for the background svg so that I can position them without a horizontal scroll. Hope its best practice??

    you can stop worrying about the hr scroll by adding this to the body in the css file body{ overflow-y: hidden; } same thing for the vertical scroll in case it was just a hero page by changing the "y" in the overflow with a "x" . wish you good luck !
