While building this project, I tried to make it responsive across mobile, tablets and desktop but for some reason, it just didn't work perfectly on some screen-sizes. How can I make that work?

Also, what's the best practice to approach HTML, CSS and JavaScript project as I would like to ensure my workflow and code are optimal. Your feedback would be really appreciated.
