responsive page with css display flexbox

While I was carrying out the project, the responsiveness and the sizes of the objects were difficult, mainly I changed them one by one according to my needs. I feel like my code can get better at reusing properties by adding more classes, and I don't have the best practices, but try to use the best tags as I looked at index.html
