Responsive page design using plain CSS

Hello everyone. Thank you for taking time to review my solution. I have a question regarding the number of commits. In my first starter project (the QR code), I made a rookie mistake by commiting only once with the finished project. This time, I did my best to commit after every change in the same area (such as styling all the fonts). In total, I made 25 commits. My question is: Is it too much for a small project?
