Responsive meet-landing-page using CSS

I finished this project!! And I have some questions.

Question 01.

Last button(purple download button) is not working. (I think the reason is background-img.) How can I solve this problem?

Question 02.

Is it a good idea to use overflow:hidden when an element overflows? (When the layout give way because of the element.) Is there any other way?
