responsive landing page using Html & Css

Hello guys please i need your help i finish this project weeks ago couldn't submit it because of two issues:

1. The illustration in the lock-up for some reason the bigger illustration between the two is not showing only the smaller one is showing fully

2. Then the small container before the footer that have a button in it, i try to put it on top of the footer with ( position: relative; top: 5em; z-index: 1; )

and set the footer with ( position: absolute; z-index: 0; ) but still not working please if you have any solution to this i will really appericate it thnak you.
