Responsive landing page using Flexbox

The thing I found to be the most difficult is making the image not overflow and stay within the flexbox container, I still don't fully get it tbh.

I also would like to know good practices about html.

Also, where we supposed to make the page really big so that you have to scroll to get to the social icons? I kinda felt that it didn't make any sense
