The overall layout is pretty good, I like how it reacts when you reduce the size of the screen !
Now I think you might have spent a lot of time on that layout and maybe not enough afterwards. Obviously designs like this are a little weird as in it's hard to do without fixed widths wich are normally not recommended.
I am not going to go over everything, I think just comparing the designs you can easily see what is wrong, it's just a matter of taking more time on the little details.
